What we do
Rosit's work is organized into three layers of the same cycle. The starting point is the business problem and the environment's current stage, not the product.
Index
Identity underpins collaboration. Architecture defines cost. Procurement has to follow the design. Operations preserve what was built. That's why we handle these areas together.
Where the environment changes state: assessment, target architecture, migration, deployment and modernization with defined scope and acceptance criteria.
Where the environment is kept running: sustainment routines, specialized support, security governance and cycle-based evolution.
Where the technical decision becomes a purchase: Rosit is a reseller and supplier, but specification is validated before any quote.
How the layers combine
Most of the problems we find aren't inside a single area — they're between them: identity that doesn't talk to the device, a network that doesn't keep up with the cloud, equipment bought outside the architecture, a license that doesn't cover the designed capability. Working across all three layers closes these gaps instead of passing them along.
One technical reading of the entire environment, not by product.
Project, procurement and deployment respecting dependencies.
Whoever built it remains responsible for running it.
Start with the assessment. We evaluate the current environment and point out the sequence with the greatest technical and business impact.
